I am very excited to begin my second year teaching at West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science. I currently reside in Muskegon where I live with my husband and 7 year old son, who is excited to start second grade this year. I attended Grand Valley State University and earned my teaching certificate in 2007. Since then, I have had experience teaching 6th grade math at two long term substitute posistions as well as a Title I Aide for Choice Schools for a year and a half. I enjoy my family, friends, music and the beach.
